SparesHub Global operates as an independent exporter of genuine OEM automotive spare parts sourced from authorised suppliers in India.
We supply spare parts exclusively to professional buyers such as importers, distributors, wholesalers, fleet operators, and workshops.
We do not offer retail sales to end consumers.

3. Product Authenticity
All spare parts supplied by SparesHub Global are brand-new, genuine OEM parts sourced from authorised dealership suppliers.
We do not deal in aftermarket, refurbished, reconditioned, or counterfeit parts.
SparesHub Global is not affiliated with, authorised by, or connected to any vehicle manufacturer.

4. Ordering Process
Orders are accepted only after part number validation, quotation confirmation, and payment agreement.
All orders are processed based on the information provided by the buyer, including part numbers, quantities, and specifications.
Buyers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their order requirements.

5. Pricing & Payments
All prices are quoted on a case-by-case basis and are valid only for the specified period mentioned in the quotation.
Payment terms are typically advance payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All banking charges, foreign exchange costs, and intermediary fees are borne by the buyer unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Shipping & Delivery
We offer air and sea freight options depending on shipment size, destination, and buyer preference.
Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to logistics, customs clearance, or external factors beyond our control.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer as per the agreed Incoterms mentioned in the commercial invoice.

7. Export Documentation & Compliance
SparesHub Global provides standard export documentation, including commercial invoice, packing list, and shipping documents as required.
Buyers are responsible for ensuring compliance with import regulations, duties, taxes, and local laws in the destination country.
Certain products such as electronics, airbags, and batteries are supplied strictly on request and subject to regulatory approvals.

8. Returns, Cancellations & Claims
Due to the nature of international trade, returns or cancellations are generally not accepted once an order has been confirmed and processed.
Any claims related to shortages, damage, or discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of receipt of goods, along with supporting evidence.
Claims raised after this period may not be entertained.

9. Limitation of Liability
SparesHub Global shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of supplied products.
Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the goods supplied under the relevant invoice.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
